So sad to hear you're gone Simon. As I am, now retired I am out of touch and was unaware of the battle you had. Many fond memories going back as far as the house brick sized luggable phone you carried and ceremoniously placed in the middle of equally huge board room tables. Seems I am never going to understand those MRI crystallography talks after all. Then there were the astounding colour schemes of your slides - literally dazzling quite often.
